been no day off since end of Feb, house got really messy, greens are all gone,
i have stiffed shoulder, sore back, muscle ache,,
didn’t have these past 6 months, and now it popped out.
something goin’ on.
something going on that has to be adjusted.
that needed to be fixed.

positively somethin’ spirit needed.
deep nice breath.
deep nice sleep.
clean the house
time to space out.
got a new stone today, its good.
its really good
its got good energy in it, yet i forgot to bring it with me left it at the store, stupid.
